As guests head to the lower observation deck, they will feel the thunderous vibration of the Horseshoe Falls long before they are left breathless by the sheer magnificence of this 13-story-tall wonder. After taking in the sights on the observation deck, visitors will be able to get an up-close view of the sheer power of the water from the open portals located directly behind the Horseshoe Falls.
